These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase, access and use of our digital online course and related materials for tattoo artists and tattoo business marketing.

1. Seller information

The seller and website operator is Ziqqle EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria.

2. The product

We sell access to a digital online course and related educational materials about marketing for tattoo artists and tattoo businesses. The course may include video lessons, modules, PDFs, presentations, checklists, templates, creative materials, landing page examples, advertising examples, community features or other digital resources. Course name: The Tattoo Marketing Programme.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access the course. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Account and access

Course access is personal to you unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that your account is being misused, shared, resold, copied, scraped or used in breach of these Terms.

5. Payments, taxes and checkout

Prices, currencies, taxes and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Stripe and/or Ziqqle EOOD. Depending on your location and the checkout setup, VAT, sales tax or other indirect taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all charges shown at checkout. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

6. Digital content and immediate access

The course is digital content. If you request immediate access before the end of any applicable withdrawal period and acknowledge that you may lose your withdrawal right once access is granted, your right to withdraw may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law. 7. Educational purpose only

The course is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for complying with laws and professional rules that apply to you.

8. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any specific result, income, profit, revenue, return on investment, bookings, clients, followers, leads, conversion rate, business growth, advertising performance or other outcome. Examples, testimonials, case studies, screenshots and results are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree not to use the course or website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive purposes. You are responsible for implementing any marketing strategies lawfully and ethically, including compliance with advertising, consumer protection, privacy, platform, intellectual property and professional rules in your market.

10. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, templates, designs, landing page examples, presentations, checklists, software, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Ziqqle EOOD and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the course for your own learning and internal business purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, download in bulk, record, publish, distribute, resell, sublicense, translate, adapt, create derivative products from, upload to file-sharing services, share login access to, or otherwise exploit the course materials without our prior written consent.

If you submit feedback, reviews, testimonials, case studies, photos, screenshots, comments or similar content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Unless otherwise agreed, you grant Ziqqle EOOD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, display and distribute that submission for course improvement, support, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and privacy rules.

13. Third-party services

The website, checkout and course may depend on third-party services, including Stripe, Ziqqle EOOD, Thinkific, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, fees, account restrictions or changes, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with issues that affect your course access.

14. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reasonable access to the course but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, replace or remove course materials where reasonably necessary, including for legal, technical, accuracy, platform or business reasons.

15. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ziqqle EOOD and its directors, contractors, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or lost-profit damages, including loss of revenue, clients, goodwill, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the course or website will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Ziqqle EOOD harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the course, unlawful marketing activities, infringement of third-party rights or violation of applicable law.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the service, infringe intellectual property rights, share access, attempt fraud, initiate abusive chargebacks or create legal or security risks. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature should continue.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence. Where mandatory law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under local consumer protection rules, those rights remain unaffected.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law allows otherwise.
